1. Parking

Parking is available in front of and behind the building. Another large parking lot is located approximately 100 meters away (address: Alt-Marzahn 21).

2. Registration before arrival

Registration is required prior to arrival. To do so, please send us a photo of your ID (front and back, for each guest) via WhatsApp, email, Airbnb, or Booking.

3. Code for the key box

You will receive the code for the key box after registration (see point 2). Important note: Without registration, you will not be able to access the accommodation upon arrival.

4. Opening the key box

Once you arrive at the accommodation, please open the key box, take the key, and open the large gate to the right of the key box.

5. Lock the gate again

Please walk through the gate and then lock it again from the inside. It is essential that the gate be locked again after every use. Thank you very much.

6. Through the courtyard

Please walk through the courtyard and then immediately turn left.

7. Entrance door on the left

On the left side, please go through this entrance door.

8. "Private" entrance

Then please go straight through the “Private” entrance.

9. Up the stairs to the 2nd floor

Please go up the stairs to the 2nd floor.

10. Apartment 60 / Apartment 61

Apartment 60 (1-bedroom apartment) is on the left.
Apartment 61 (3-bedroom apartment) is on the right.

11. Information sheet in the apartment

Inside the apartment, you will find an information sheet with the Wi-Fi code and information on trash disposal.
