The apartments are located in Berlin-Marzahn, in the historic village centre of Alt-Marzahn. In a listed building, we offer modern apartments with a homely ambiance. We also provide satellite TV and free WiFi throughout the premises.
Shops for daily needs are within a few minutes‘ walk (approx. 500 m). With the tram (stop approx. 500 m away), you can reach central Berlin (Alexanderplatz) in about 30 minutes.
The Gardens of the World and the Wuhle hiking area offer many activities. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance.

We are looking for staff in administration, accounting, housekeeping and cleaning. We offer a pleasant working environment with personal responsibility and good earning potential. Please feel free to send us your application.
Location & Surroundings
Alt-Marzahn combines village charm with urban infrastructure. Marzahn S-Bahn station is just a few minutes‘ walk away. From there, you can reach Alexanderplatz and Berlin city centre in about 30 minutes. In the neighbourhood, you’ll find supermarkets, restaurants and the idyllic village green of Alt-Marzahn with the historic post windmill.
